Gene Fisher Custom Homes is one of the oldest and most experienced home builders in southwest Colorado.

Our experience covers 33 years and over 150 homes built in this region.

Our past work includes very large unique custom homes as well as simple basic starter homes for young families. We have built on site stick homes, log homes, passive as well as active solar homes and everything in between. We also do minor and major remodeling projects.

Gene Fisher, the founder and current owner and operator of our company, is a degreed mechanical engineer with work experience on large industrial projects all over the world. With his training and work knowledge, energy efficiency and sustainability are not just marketing tools but are built into his DNA. Our mantra is to help our clients create beautiful, cost effective, environmentally friendly homes that work for each lifestyle we impact.
